What does your Gastric Band Hypno Treatment consist of?
Initially will we arrange for a FREE consultation session, where the Gastric Band Hypnosis Procedure will be explained and we can discuss your eating habits, lifestyle and the possible triggers and anxieties that cause you to comfort eat. This initial FREE consultation is an assessment of your suitability for this procedure.
Once, we have finished the FREE consultation and if you are a suitable candidate for the treatment, your course of Treatment will run as follows:
Once initial payment has been received we will email or send 2 forms a weight loss questionnaire and a changing behaviour form. Which will be raise your awareness about your eating habits and behaviours. These along with the initial FREE consultation will also help us to customise your sessions for you as an individual.
GASTRIC BAND HYPNO - SESSION 1:
We will also do a clearing session to clear any past psychological and emotional reasons for overeating in the first place. This will be followed by your first hypnosis session that will last around 30 mins. This Hypnosis session is used to ease you in to Hypnosis and allow your subconscious mind to start accepting some powerful hypnotic suggestions.
You will receive a personalised,customised Hypnosis CD to take away with you that you must listen to every day before your second session. You will also be asked to keep a weekly food diary and you will receive your monthly weight chart, once again this is to be filled out by you as you continue through this process.
At the end we will answer any questions and arrange session 2 for the following week

GASTRIC BAND HYPNO - SESSION 2:
You will have already started to lose weight at this point, We will discuss how the Gastric Band Surgery actually works and what we will be doing. This will be followed by another relaxing Hypnosis session that will contain very powerful suggestions which will enter your subconscious and prepare you for Session 3 "The Surgery Session".
This will be accompanied by strict instructions that will prepare you for your virtual surgery at session 3. You will also be given a further CD which must be listened to every day before "Your Surgery Session" You will also receive your post op diet so that you can prepare for after the operation.
Finally we will arrange session 3 your "Surgery Session" for the following week.

GASTRIC BAND HYPNO - SESSION 3:
Session 3 is your "Gastric Band Surgery" session. Session 1 and 2 have been the preparation for this procedure. Some clients feel either excited or slightly apprehensive about session 3, this is absolutely normal. You will have already started to lose weight at this point but this session will see a dramatic upturn in your weight loss.
Leading up to and following your "Surgery Session" you will be asked to follow some routine pre and post op instructions and you will receive your virtual gastric band post op CD that you must listen to every day for a minimum of a week. You will also receive your post op diet

GASTRIC BAND HYPNO – SESSION 4
Session 4 is available for clients who feel they may need an adjustment to their virtual gastric band, however, adjustment is rarely needed, so session 4 tends to be more of a follow up session, to check that everything is progressing as expected. Session 4 is usually about 6 weeks after your surgery session
